Pi IPTV channel guide
The Pi IPTV channel guide is a cable-box guide I run on a Raspberry Pi. It covers US news, sports, and entertainment, plus local channels for Columbus, Georgia and North Alabama. The page shows channel numbers, a time ruler, and a program grid. Tabs switch among Local, News, Sports, Entertainment, and All. Choosing a channel plays it on the Pi HDMI output. VLC plays the stream when the Pi is on a desktop. mpv or ffmpeg plays it from the console. Listings come from the US XMLTV feed at iptv-epg.org and refresh with the playlist. The guide stays on the home network. The source is on GitHub.
Python
FastAPI serves the channel list, the program grid, and the controls that start and stop playback.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
The guide is one page. JavaScript loads the grid from the API and moves a line across the ruler to mark the current time.
