KoriAndRob.com is the personal site I built for my fiancée and me. The first design took about four weeks. The pages are static HTML pulled together with PHP, so the header, footer, and navigation are the same on every page. The CSS is custom, and media queries make the layout usable on a phone.

The home page is titled “Sometimes We Travel,” and the first story is how we met. We were introduced through our best friends, Danielle and Noah. Rob and Noah met in 2004 while working night security at a mall in Cincinnati. Kori and Danielle met in 2000 at Adventure Island in Tampa. After Danielle and Noah married, Rob’s visits to Florida and a later reunion in Auburn turned a long-distance friendship into a relationship. The page says we decided to be a couple on New Year’s Eve 2011.

Separate pages cover each of us, the engagement, the wedding, and the honeymoon, then photos, pets, songs, and travel, including a 2021 road trip. The travel notes start with a June 2012 trip to Blue Ridge, Georgia, and later describe an RV used so the pets can come along.
